Rachel was amazing!! I was so worried about traveling out of the country alone with my teenage daughter and she was so patient and knowledgeable, she put me at ease. My wife and I worked with Rachel to book our honeymoon to Punta Cana, and it was absolutely perfect! My husband and I used Rachel’s services for our honeymoon to French Polynesia and it could not have gone any better!! Being a Type A personality, it’s difficult to let go of the reigns and trust someone else with such an important trip. But Rachel did an amazing job. She was extremely patient with my hundreds of questions and requests. We stayed on 3 different islands and the transfers went so smoothly. Everything was planned to a T. We will definitely be using her services for our future vacations!
Rachel helped me put together an itinerary for my son and I to visit London on this way to his study abroad semester. Although we did not have a lot of time, we made the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed our time in London. Rachel was great in helping us plan it, even when we asked for changes after our booking. After doing some research via google and Facebook for a local travel agent I noticed UTravel Now had a 5 star rating and it could not be more true. I was helped by Rachel Sicolo who helped coordinate my family reunion in Cancun, Mexico. We had family members traveling from several locations across the country and she was able to coordinate flights and transfers so we were all able to get our destination. After listening to our request and expectations of the resort we wanted, Rachel found a perfect all inclusive resort that catered to all our needs and we are so happy she found a great fit for us. I strongly recommend using Rachel and UTravel Now for all your future vacations, I know my family will be using her again!
I did a google search for travel agents and came across u travel. I read all the reviews and everyone seemed very satisfied. Rachel’s name came up on several occasions as being attentive and easy to work with as well as knowledgeable. We were interested in a trip and decided to ask Rachel if she can help me. It’s history now! I came back from our trip and from the beginning, my experience with Rachel has been nothing but positive! Rachel didn’t know me and my husband, she had no idea what we liked or didn’t like but she put together a fantastic trip for us. She listened to my needs and did everything possible to make things easy for me. We had to change some things around, book new flights and dates and she did it without hesitation. I am sooo happy I found her agency. Her other partner also helped me! I will be using u travel from now on!
Where do I even begin? This company is truly a gem! Rachel is the best travel agent and she is just so amazing. It is so nice to have the assistance of someone that is knowledgeable with vacations and who has had first hand experience in some of the resorts I have booked.I ask so many questions and have changed things in regards to my trips and Rachel is always so kind and patient. She is also very responsive and works hard for her clients. I can’t believe I took so many trips in the past and didn’t use a travel agent, it makes things go so smooth. You also have the reassurance of someone advocating for you if anything goes amiss during your vacation. Please take my advice and use this company, you will not regret it.
